Who we are

Seqora ("we", "us") provides a platform for fractional CISOs and security consultants, operated from Springfield, Massachusetts. This policy explains what we collect on this website and how we handle it.

What we collect

If you start a trial or contact us, we collect your email address. That's it. We don't run third-party advertising trackers, sell data, or build profiles. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be retained briefly for security and reliability purposes.

Health information

Seqora is not built to receive protected health information, and we do not offer a Business Associate Agreement. Do not enter patient records or identifiers into the product.

The work Seqora supports is assessment and reporting about your systems, vendors, policies and controls, which does not require patient data. If you need a platform that can lawfully hold PHI, Seqora is not that platform today, and we would rather tell you now than let you find out later.

How we use it

Your email is used only to contact you about Seqora early access, product updates, and onboarding. You can opt out at any time by replying to any email or contacting us directly, and we'll delete your information.

How we protect it

We're a security company. Data is stored with access limited to the founder, transmitted over TLS, and never shared with third parties except the infrastructure providers required to operate this site.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email us and we'll handle it within 30 days.
